The out of gym workout experience!

 If you find yourself away on business or on holiday and want to keep up training or just cannot make it down to the gym here is a short effective workout which you can do with a bit of space and can be carried out in a small area… remember to make room first, you don’t want to do yourself any harm!



  1. Squats
  2. Press Ups
  3. Sit up
  4. Plank
  5. Lunge
  6. Press Ups
  7. Side plank (each side)


Do these exercises for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest.

Repeat twice

If you had a stretch band you could have a bit more variety with your upper body exercises…


  • Lateral and front raise
  • Shoulder press
  • Bicep curl

If you are going on holiday for example bringing a stretch band can easily be packed into the suitcase … it’s a lot more practical than throwing your dumbbells in!!

Everyone needs a nice rest … exercising on holiday requires great motivation but a few short sessions is a great way of maintaining your fitness and not undoing all your hard work.
