Goals

Goals, are fantastic to  set, it doesn’t matter how big or small they are as long as they give you drive and focus to achieve them.

From a figment of your imagination you see your goals form into the physical. You see everything around us was once just an idea or a thought from the home you live in to the car you drive. Those very things were just  thoughts and then turned into the physical form  from the most beautiful works of art we see and admire were first in the mind of the artist and then transcribed into the physical.

I have worked with individuals who have had the seed of thought to run a marathon, half marathon, 10km, 5km or even most recently run in the London triathlon. These were just a thought, an idea of possibility together we worked on a plan to the fulfillment of that thought that transpired into a full-blown goal! The possibilities are endless if you have a desire to achieve anything in your life and you are willing to pay the price of commitment to its achievement you can succeed.

What do you want to achieve? Ponder this question and when that light bulb starts flashing in your mind and you feel the desire and it feels right get busy with its achievement. Write it down and then write your plan to success. A little work each day towards its completion you are well on your way to succeeding.

So remember if you can conceive it in your mind’s eye you can achieve it!
