I’ve coached over 1000 people over the last 15 years to focus, exercise and achieve. No two clients are the same, so although I have been doing this for a while every client is like a new job, with a chance to make an impact!

I work on the reasons behind the reasons why you want to attain your goals and aspirations and from this the path is cleared to your success! Earlier in my health and exercise career I was aspiring to be a great trainer. That’s not by goal anymore – I’m now continually challenging myself to the greatest coach I can be.
I still make sure I’m top of my ‘training game’. I use principles from being a biomechanical exercise coach, kinetic chain specialist and holistic lifestyle in my Andrew K Holistic Integrated Training System (HITS) framework.

Kinetic Chain Assessment (KCA) Specialist
KCA is used to see exactly how balanced you are with regard to your posture, muscle function and neurological stimulus. I am one of only a handful of Kinetic Chain Specialists having obtained my qualification from Dax Moy’s Performance Academy in London.
ITS Biomechanics Trainer
ITS Biomechanics training involves looking at each area of the body segmentally in order to ascertain the key areas of biomechanical dysfunction. Based on these screening results I work with clients to prescribe exercises that are client-specific to enable them to function to the best of their ability.
ACSM Advanced Personal Trainer
American College of Sports Medicine Advanced Personal Training is the most recognised advanced personal certification available.
CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach
CHEK lifestyle coaching is a model that looks at the linkages between disease, stress are eating habits and how lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise improve clients’ overall wellbeing.
